Learn to be a Teen Driver's Ed Behind The Wheel instructor for an approved driver education course or take a refresher if you are already certified.

This class prepares you for your role as a new bus driver in keeping children safe while riding on a school bus.

Anyone convicted of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs is required to attend a Drinker Driver (DUI-OWI) class.

If you have received three moving violations during a 12-month period or been convicted of a serious violation or been required to attend by order of a Driver Improvement Hearing Officer, this 8-hour course is for you.

Western Iowa Tech offers professional driving instruction for teens, ages 14-17. The class gives 30 hours of class time and six hours of behind-the-wheel training for you to learn parallel parking, freeway merges and lane changes, accident prevention and driving in different traffic environments. Drive times are held throughout the week with the exception of Sundays.

This six-hour course is required for anyone under 16 prior to being issued a license to operate a moped and satisfies the Iowa Department of Transportation requirements.

Students must take the Motorcycle Safety E-Course (3-hour online) and obtain and submit the completion certificate before registering for the Motorcycle Rider Course (BRC Updated).

Third party examiners available. Schedule and test within two days. WITCC offers an alternative to testing with the State DMV.

This program is designed to prepare you for employment in the trucking industry. The course exceeds 160 hours consisting of both classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel experience satisfying requirements determined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations for entry-level driver training in accordance with 49 CFR 380.503.
