When this program is completed, a state licensing bureau test, including written and hands-on, must be taken. When this license is received, you have a great chance of finding fulfilling work.

Western Iowa Tech is an American Welding Society accredited test facility that is able to test and qualify weld procedures and welders. We test welders and procedures in accordance with the national and international welding codes.
