Description: Western Iowa Tech Community College will host its first "Horses, Hoops, and Heritage" event in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. The event will include an educational presentation (specific to the Mexican Vaquero, hoop earrings, and identity) followed by a "modeling" component. Other culturally specific--and celebratory facets--will also be included in the program. Additionally, tabling of various businesses and organizations will occur during the event.
